How we got here
Drainpro started in 1999 with one van and a simple idea: turn up on time, charge a fair price, and fix the problem properly. That hasn't changed.
Back then, most plumbers quoted hourly. You never knew what the bill would be until they handed it to you. We started quoting fixed prices from day one. It cost us a few jobs early on - some people thought there had to be a catch. There wasn't.
Word got around. Neighbours told neighbours. Real estate agents started keeping our number on file. Twenty-five years later, we've got 1,300+ five-star reviews and a fleet of vans covering 130 suburbs across Melbourne.

How we work
We carry CCTV drain cameras on every van. When we need to find out what's going on inside a pipe, we put a camera in and show you the footage on a screen. You see exactly what we see. No guesswork, no made-up problems.
Then we give you a fixed price. Not an estimate - a fixed price. You approve it before we pick up a tool. If the job ends up costing us more than we quoted, that's our problem, not yours.
Where we work
We cover all of metro Melbourne - 130+ suburbs. Our vans run out of Oakleigh every morning, so suburbs in the south-east like Bentleigh, Cheltenham and Clayton are close to home. But we get everywhere - Preston, Essendon, Northcote, we're across the whole city.
