After many blockages finally made the decision to fix it. The guys from Drain Pro kept us informed when the job would start and how long they will need. They arrived on time and explained what the job was to be done. Great guys kept us informed all along the way what they were doing. Job completed on time and cleaned up site. Well done guys.

Third time using the gents at Drainpro and happy again. Jeff arrived on time and was a ripper, sorted our root filled storm water drains with a smile, even though he was thrown a few curve balls. He really is a Drain Pro! Had the knowledge, equipment and patience to get the job done. Highly recommended.

Wouldn't call anyone else! Spoke with Jim on the phone, he was easy to talk to, honest and knew what he was talking about. Nick was here on time and did his work with pride and care. He explained everything as the work was done and had my problem solved in no time at all. He was even able to check out some other issues and help to fix them as well. I highly recommend Drainpro. A week ago Jim from Drainpro attended to my drain blockage issue. He took the time to diagnose the problem (due to tree roots), fixed the problem and gave me great advice on how to manage my drains instead of lining it or digging it out and replacing which are very time consuming, costly and not to mention not suitable recommendation for my drains which are still in a reasonably good condition. He took the time also to call and logged a job with my water authority to ensure that they come out to also clear the council drain of roots which is the main cause of the blockage. All this done at a very reasonable price. I have used other plumbers before but Jim from Drainpro is by far the best I have encountered. Jim is very passionate about his work, he is prompt, professional and friendly. I will definitely use him again for my drains issue in the future. Keep up the good work!

"I cannot recommend the team at DrainPro highly enough. Right from the start they were professional, courteous and absolutely outstanding on the solution they delivered.

A collapsed boundary trap was a relatively straightforward problem to fix; the catch was it was three metres underneath a garden shed !

No problem for Drainpro, their state of the art camera system located exactly where to dig, they handled the demolition and clearance of the fifty year old shed, dealt with access issues with the neighbours and had the job wrapped up in 24 hours. At all times they were the ultimate professionals, nothing was too much trouble to make sure the job was stress-free for my elderly father-in-law. After the repair they cleaned up and left the site pristine and ready to plant a nice vegie patch.

" WOW! GREAT service. GREAT attitude. This company is the BEST EVER. If only there were more people like this around you could trust to not only help when help is needed but NOT rip you off. Genuine and friendly, these guys REALLY know what they're doing. After 4 previous plumbers last summer were unable to fix the problem (although they still charged), the Drainpro guys went above the call of duty to discover (with an amazing piece of camera equipment) that the offending gas smell was a dead possum inside the a corner wall and nothing to do with a problem pipe at all.
